What do we do differently?

Hi, I’m Jay Kruger. I have a decade of experience in the property and construction industry. With that time comes a lot of useful contacts and personal connections. I’m excited to put those to work on behalf of my clients to offer a wholesome property advisory experience. My own experience as an investor and client helped me realise a couple of things.

One - A large gap exists in understanding client needs and matching them with the right portfolio. Second, the lack of absolute empathy and responsibility. The industry was and still is more about "pushing products" to investors rather than finding boutique opportunities that match investor needs. With my experience in the construction sector and selling and managing properties with a net value of over 350 million, I understand the importance of quality, budget, meeting deadlines and navigating finances.

At EPG my goal is to help each of my clients find their dream home or ideal investment property. I have a passion for property and development opportunities that I’m excited to put to work on your behalf.

Step 2 - our meet & greet

Most people dread this stage and we understand how daunting it can be to meet yet “another” financial planner or buyers agent. At EPG, we try and make this process as comfortable and easy as possible and we let you decide when you want to meet with us. Nooo pressure!

Now that we’ve got past the awkward stage and we all understand where we need to get to, we then shift our focus on how we get there. As previously said, our team takes this part very seriously. Probably the most important stage in the property journey! So once our team have curated a unique approach based on your circumstances, we then present to you a number of potential strategies & property buying/selling options.
